How a stay is pricedFrom 5 to 6 nights: number of nights × nightly price, never more than the weekly price. From 7 to 20 nights: whole weeks, then extra nights, never more than the cure price. 21 nights: the cure price. Beyond that: the cure price plus the extra nights. A stay spanning two seasons: each night at its own season's price.

Spa cure loyalty discount10% off the rental for a spa cure (21 nights or more) if you have already done a cure at Résidence La Rome or La Licorne.

DepositOne third of the rental, excluding tourist tax and cleaning, with the signed contract, by cheque, bank transfer, cash or Wero.

When you collect the keysThe balance and the tourist tax, by cheque, bank transfer, cash or Wero, and a security deposit of €500 by cheque. If the owner is not there (key box), within 48 hours of arrival at the latest.

OptionalEnd-of-stay cleaning: €40.
Free, on request: sheets and towels on loan; at La Licorne only, baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, baby bath).

Clochette, Ondine, RoséliaTourist tax: about 7.2% of the rental price, payable in addition when you collect the keys (official calculation: 5% of the nightly price per person, capped at €2.30, plus 10% for the department and 34% for the region, then multiplied by the number of nights and adults). Under-18s are exempt. The exact amount is shown in your quote.

La LicorneTourist tax: €1.17 per night per adult, payable in addition when you collect the keys. Under-18s are exempt.
